This document represents the High-Level Multi-Year School Plan. The school plan and goals are advanced through structured 6–8 week inquiry cycles using a School Plan Placemat model.

We will create engaging learning experiences that strengthen literacy and numeracy in both English and French Immersion while developing global competencies, including critical thinking, across all subject areas. Baseline data such as literacy and numeracy results, attendance trends, behavioural indicators, student voice, and graduation rates ground school goal-setting. Thoughtful analysis of this evidence clarifies the "problem of practice", strengthens equitable decision-making by identifying which students require targeted support, and establishes a clear, measurable starting point for monitoring and celebrating progress over time.
Create and manage inquiry team names for your school. These appear as a dropdown in the Teacher Portal. Multiple teachers can join the same team; grade levels remain separate.
